    Dont hate him personally and I think hate is the wrong description. I believe that he has genuinly tried his best but he is not good enough as a manager as proven by his record over the last few seasons.
    A massive decision looms for the board and the choice is a simple one:
    Keep Davey and play in League One next Season or Appoint a different Manager and hope he can salvage something out of the mess were in!!!!
    He should have gone at the end of last season.

    Iley was not despised.

    Club was in afinancial mess and he had to balance the books rather than build a team. If it hadn't been for Iley, there would have been no Clarke, and we'd probably have been in League two or worse.
