Having been today and to every home game this season I am now convinced we are deeply in the sh*t.

From a team under AR who appeared to fear no one and was prepared to play football even though we were struggling to win we are now so clued up on the opposition that we are sh*t scared of them before we kick a ball.

Davey is so methodical I believe he is making the opposition sound so scarey that the team are unable to play relaxed, good football and we are heading back to the kin
pub league. I dont rate him and dont think it was wise to take him on. There is inexperience when you have a lower league manager stepping up but at least he has the experience of managing.

I think the new full back will be fine when he settles, Atkinson is a gem and Mattis hasnt had time to prove if he has what it takes but to be honest you could put Henry and Becks in that team and they would struggle.

We are lacking passion, commitment and the desire required to stay up. Today we showed PNE far too much respect and should have had a right go at em. Instead we were complete w*nk.

For Davey to succeed he needs to stick his dossiers where the sun dont shine and start building some team spirit, develop a way to play and go out and let the opposiition worry about us not the other way round.

I wish I could be positive but after the pigs game and that today we are going backwards and backwards takes us down.

Forgot to say

Did Davey go to the same game as me, he reckons we created chances.....total b*ll*x their keeper didnt have a save to make all game.

We had two chances all game and that was against a poor PNE side, they had two clear chances first half and more second half and we should have been dead and buried.

Blinkered view by Davey, we were ***** and its time for a big reality check.

I know its early days but I am convinced we will need another new manager before long.

Club have dropped a right massive bollock this time.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Under Ritchie, we needed a goalscorer to convert the multitude of chances we were creating and a dominating centre-back to plug the gaps.

Now, we seem to need a whole new team.

One thing Mr Davey does not seem to appreciate with all his badges

is the by and large professional footballers fall in the category of CREATIVE or at least the best ones do, and the one thing that stifles creative employees is excessive discipline. They will accept basic comen sense rules but go overboard and you have lost them, The other thing is creative employees only respect supervision when it is earned, no way will you get respect, JUST BECAUSE I AM THE GAFFER. I too might not be "in" football but I have had a lifetime in people evaluation in business Mr Shephard and an MBA in business studies does not mean the holder is the best person for the supervisory position.. and the same princple applies in football......
