and his last game for the reds was a man of the match performance at home against Plymouth. When he's in the side Howard has more of an attacking presence.

Absolutely, Johnson's performance in that Plymouth game was excellent and it looked like the makings of a good midfield.

What I would like from Davey is some transparency in some of his decisons. If he is determind to leave Johnson and Christensen out in the cold then I feel he owes it to the paying supporters to provide us with the reasons why.

I feel the same. To leave them out in the cold and give no reason is ridiculous imo. We see these players, earning good money, and not getting a look in. Although AJ was a free, we have spent £200k on KC, and that money could have been put to much better use.

Why are you insisting on transparency?

No other manager/club in the land gives any of their fans reasons for palying/not playing players. Why should Davey/BFC be different?

I believe he has actually given his reasons for not playing KC anyway - and he shouldnt have to.

    to be fair about Johnson

I thnk Davey`s decision not to play him is one of the few he has made this season that I agree with, we should never have signed him, I said it when he signed and I stick to it, the man is WELL past it.

I believe that most other managers only alienate players for a certain amount of time before bringing them back in. What annoys me about Davey (especially regarding Johnson) is that the period of alienation appears to be permanent. How would you feel if your boss never spoke to you?

I am generally behind Davey and think he his moving the club in the right direction but signing experinced players and then giving them the cold shoulder without reason could come back to haunt him.

Fair comment mate, but Davey ought to have known that when he signed him. And I know he had some mediocre games for us, but he was getting his match fitness back, and when he finally did seem as though he had cracked it with his performances for the full 90 against Plymouth, he goes and drops him - never to see the 1st team again. Had he had a stinker v Plymouth it could have been partly understandable.
