    Why is their so much sniping at Davey because he's actually qualified to do the Job?</p>

    When you are ill do you go to a qualified Doctor or a barber like they did in the 18th Century.</p>

    in 2010 if they dont have the relevant badges, providing they are still working, warnock and fergie will both be unqualified and not allowed to manage

    Sir Alex is qualified. He has been since he was in his first management job which I think was with East Stirling?</p>

    He was a keen student of the game and went on refresher courses on a regular basis.
    </p>

    He also has an input to the Pro licence so I am told. </p>

    Graham Taylor, Dave Bassett and Garth Crooks were on a coaching course last weekend to upgrade their existing qualifications.

    Clubs will not be able to ignore them because you will have to have the highest qualification avalable from your National FA to be able to take a club into European Competition. We talked about this in November when Davey was given the caretakers job.</p>

    Both Roeder and Southgate are on the Pro Licence Course.</p>
