    what benefit?

    To bring another centre half into the side would mean having to push either souza or foster out into the ful back position, a position that neither are comfortable in. If we are to sign a defender it has to be a natural left back, not another centre half.

    the use of the right foot at Academy level! We need to develop left-sided left-footed players. They'll be worth a fortune cos there's a shortage in general.

    Very true! Although JCR was immense second half down that side, a natural left sided player would be good.
