On BBC 606, a forest fan claiming he knows him and he says that we are looking to sign him. Dunno if it's true but who would you rather have. Him or misfud? It does like the latter is now the most likley option.

    I wouldn't mind either

Mifsud has arguably the better scoring record in the past, however, Mcgoldrick is only young and is scoring goals this season.

After reading Kidd's comment, the Mcgoldrick rumour might seem true. Because he mentions that any signings will be an investment for the club, and I see Mcgoldrick as more of an investment than Mifsud.

    Perhaps we may get both.....

    Mifsud replaces Mostto.....
    Bogdanovic as cover for Hume.....
    McGoldrick raplcement for KO....

Now all they need is some service...... left winger, acttacking midfielder and defender still required!

Think about it though, If we let Odejayi go then we ant got a big target man, I reckon Mcgoldrick will be a straight replacement with Mifsud a different
    option.
Macken's not gona be around for much longer so it will leave us with plenty of cover when Hume comes back.

Seven goals this season, plus three in cup ....

6'1" tall and only 21 years old. He has looked the business at Saints and his winner at Preston was pure class, showing pace, power and quick feet. He was at Notts County - presumably academy and followed the same route as Leon Best to Southampton.

I think that we would be paying a whole lot more than the £300k touted for Mifsud and, for that reason, I think that any transfer might depend upon what happens to Jamal. I would think that Saints would want a million - after all, he is young, has great potential and why should they sell to fellow relegation-contenders? That's unless they are financially stuffed to a greater extent that anyone knows. Hmmmm!! In that case, maybe he is coming!! I would think a fair feq clubs would want him, though, if available.

With the added bonus of a few of them being able to play a wider role too.

I'd rather have them both. KO and Rigters can **** off so we have the space for them.
