I f.cking loved last night. Culmination of nearly18 months of hard work and planning by our gaffers. That's what we can do. And we've done it on a budget of f.ck all. Amazing.

    U ******* reds.

Correct! That's certainly up there in top 5 games I've been to that. The old cliche is can we go on from here. 1 things for sure they'll not enter the next 2 home games thinking there invisible, Peterborough losing 7 on spin, law of averages says there due a point but I hope we can make that 8 defeats.

    Top performance

It's one game, calm down. Is what Keith says.

Don't we play the current bottom two next at home? How we play against these two will be a good indicator of how this season is going to go - we've always seem to play at a better level against the so-called "bigger" sides and then struggle against the teams below us.

This is now the time when patience actually comes into the reckoning. Rome, day, no.

Agreed. I expect plenty more disappointments like Tuesday, a few more pumellings like Brighton and loads in between. But this shows we're on the right road.

Step 1 is almost complete. Make us competitive consistently. Next step is to develop, keep our players and even the playing field out by selling at the right value. That's where he needs the Don.

Last night was a significant milestone. A special night.

Would like to see a full competitive season and not just a run up to the New Year that would be my step 1, because we need to break the regular second half of season demise.

Milestone indeed showing the public of Barnsley what can be achieved and yes one of those special nights we will long remember.

You're only as good as your last game. Which at this time makes us pretty good!

I think that covers my point about The Don helping him out RE contracts, then proper transfer fees will follow.

January will be interesting. Cywka and Davies would be my guesses for those leaving.

Can't see either leaving,Davies seems happy and it's unlikely the premier League will be calling for him IMO,and Cywka is just getting his first regular starting football for ages.
