Days like today make being a Barnsley fan worthwhile. We only get them every 4 or 5 years or so, which makes it even better.

Fans of the top clubs can't feel like this, ever.

    You Reds!

So true, these are the days we dream of as Barnsley fans. Whatever the result today I just want to come out of the Etihad with my head held high because my team made me proud to be a Red.

Agree ,just getting ready to set off, what ever happens its going to be a great day out but I'd love to see the faces of City fans when 6000 Barnsley fans sing Blue moon after a reds win or draw

Agree. If you're not excited about today then football is not the sport for you.

The party that became so powerful by sinking foreign boats
Is dreaming up new promises because promises win votes
And being resolute in conference with the ad man's expertise
The majority by their silence shall pay for days like these

The right to build communities is back behind closed doors
'Tween government and people stands the right arm of the law
And shame upon the patriot when the mark of the Bulldog Breed
Is a family without a home and a pensioner in need

Those whose lives are ruled by dogma are waiting for a sign
The Better Dead Than Red Brigade are listening on the line
And the liberal, with a small L cries in front of the TV
And another demonstration passes on to history

Peace, bread, work, and freedom is the best we can achieve
And wearing badges is not enough in days like these

Superb day out. Two hen parties in the Head of Steam, another one on the train to Manchester, all you can eat nosh pre-match, several pints, many red wines, train back and an 11pm curry at the Dil Raj. 13 hour day, towing a bit now but enjoyed it.

Oh, and we were lucky to get nil.
