    this is where Davey Fails for me , totally

    he seems just too scared to change things that obviously are not working. Does he fear a glut of injury if he does. A proper manager would sort it.

    He is't scared to change things. He just doesn't accept that any plan of his can't work, even when it's clear to everyone else at the game. That and the fact that he is only capable of 1 plan per game.
