    The players aren't playing for him, the fans aren't convinced by him, no connection at all, his tactics are all over the place, mostly dull uninspiring football, his signings have been mostly hopeless, for fck sake, get shut. Loads of better options out there, get him paid off and there's plenty of football left in this season.

    I agree with the tactics but I don't think you can blame him for the signings as he is a head coach and doubt he has much say. I think the only thing keeping him here is a contract a three year one.

    If Lee Jay had any dignity he would walk now.

    He is floundering big time but appears to be holding out for a little pay off.

    Suppose I'd do the same.

    Can someone explain why he was given a 3 year deal in the first place?
