Not for a striker but he's been playing as a left winger...

So a goal every 10 games from that department puts it into a different perspective.

We definately need to strengthen the Left wing postition so might not be a bad squad player, to add a bit of depth!!

How can you possibly attempt to judge someone by those?

Oh, well, if we are doing that, then JCR only has 16 goals in 225 games...not good reading, is it?

Far superior to JCR's stats when he signed........ and look how he turned out!

Morgan has been played as left winger past few years, and can also play up front. Always done ok when I've seen him. Give the lad a chance!

We are all saying Davey should buy british, this lad is still only 25y/o and has experienced playing at this level as a youngster......

Also like to sound of the other trialists. David Preece is experienced keeper and ideal number 2 IMO. Also the young fullback from Man City could be quality for all we know, Man city have great youth academy and this lad was regular in their reserve side (don't forget Ched Evans, Sturridge, Micah Richards, Stephen Ireland are all academy lads). Maybe he is the one that got away, with all the millions they have to spend on world stars.

The offical site lists Macken etc as STRIKERS, not Forwards so......

by calling Dean Morgan a forward, they probably mean an attacking position i.e WINGER!!

Chris Ramsey did not play against our Youth team last season. He was a 1st year Pro last season and Man City rarely play overage players in their Youth team.

Kieran Trippier played at right back for Man City last season. He was their Academy team captain and he played for England under 19's last season. He looked an outstanding prospect and he may be one of the reasons why Man City have released Chris Ramsey at the end of last season.
