    Win % at Walsall = 84 out of 260 matches = 32.3% (this season 54% thus far)

Lee Johnson win % at Barnsley = 13 out of 40 matches = 32.5% (this season 31% thus far)

Been at Walsall since 2011. Took him 4 years to get to where he is now.

    Things can change. Just saying

Fair point, but LJ's win % in the league this season is 25%.

More importantly, his loss percentage is 60%.

    Scary.

Was interesting to not he's been at Walsall for nearly 5 years. Was the 4th longest serving manager which is quite sad

    Budget constraints.
    Few loan signings.
Allowed to sign players and develop them individually and as a team.
