dear ben. i have been overly critical in the past and i apologise

Having now seen that a multi million pound company with hundreds of employees at its disposal largely all based in one location and with advanced technology of undersoil heating in place plus a dedicated team of groundsmen and specialist equipment cant get a football pitch clear of snow and ice three days after it snowed. I now realise just how unrealistic I was in expecting the same company to be able to turn a series of 42 inch plasmas on before and during football matches.

In future when I feel the need to crticise I will endeavour to remember just how fecklessly incompetent the aforementioned company is and will adjust my expectations accordingly. With that in mind I congratulate you and your staff, not only on putting your shoes on the correct feet this morning but also on sourcing and purchasing velcro shoes in the correct size in the first place.
