    The three season ticket holders with the same surname and same postcode all live in this house. We don't need three separate letters, posting individually. As two of them are children it's safe to assume that the adult season ticket holder will be paying. Save yourself some cash and paper by sending three renewal forms together. Thanks.

    Heheh - yeah; we got 2 letters as well.

    Mine's under my keyboard; got a bit of thinking to do before/if I renew it.

    When kids are involved I agree they could be posted in one letter. If it's more than one adult I can see why they would send seperate letters so people can open their own post.
