Please can you not allow Simon Davey to sign anymore strikers, it seems he hasnt got a clue when it comes to this aspect of the game.

I feel maybe you should pick them or better still consult the Royal Institute For The Blind as im sure they would have a better understanding when it comes to this area.

    Yours faithfully

    Some bloke outside of football.

That isn't the argument though is it. The thread started saying that davey doesnt have a good eye for a striker and ended with you saying that macken is better than mostto.

By that logic you could argue that every manager is good at signing strikers because one is always bound to be the worst at the club.

Mostto or ferenczi? Still doesnt mean hes got a good eye for a striker.

    I personally think

If someone told him a bucket of **** was a striker he'd buy it for £200,000.

So, you think Macken wouldn't be a good signing as a striker? Just curious.

depends if he would be THE striker or a striker. if he was brought in to play alongside what we have now then no because none of them are going to regularly put the ball in the net (including him) if it was to play with a new striker who knows what the big thing at the end of the pitch is then maybe.

You mean the Pontefract Road Stand?

We have numerous strikers capable of putting the ball in that on a regular basis.
