Could try Blackburns cafe on Wellington Street. Theres also one on Market St I've been to a couple of times thats ok but don't know the name.

I find in strange to see people in Liverpool in Wetherspoons drinking at nine in the morning !

Black Bull and The Keel are only decent pubs.</p>
