Just a suggestion. We where at our best earlier this season and last playing a 4-3-3 system. We have players available to play that system.

So why do we now play 8 players down the middle with no width, well the full backs are the width it seems.

And with John Stones, is going to continue at full back, can we please work in his crossing. He is a fantastic footballer but his end product of smashing the ball into the crowd needs improving.

U know I have never managed a club unlike yourself. But playing for Junior teams and on a Sunday I'm told my strong points are footballing intelligence. It seems to just be tactically naive to just play 8 players down the middle.

And not to mention no defender who can head the ball, something which seems to be Rob Edwards strong point.

Against Birmingham, surely you knew Curtis Davis is there main threat from a set piece, so why did it look like this was never worked on, he had around 5 free headers to attack.

Sir Bobby did what he could against a bloke a foot taller than him but it didn't seem there was a plan.

So let's go back to 4-3-3 and stretch teams a little more.

    Come on you REEEEDDDDDSSSSSS!!!!!!
