Please march John Stones into your office right now, Give him a 5 year contract (because he'll still only be in his early 20's when it comes to an end), bring his wage in line with the rest of the first team (because he's as good if not better than most of them) and put a big fat release clause in his contract 3mil minimum (because its about time we stopped losing our best players for pennies) lets make a statement of intent. i was saying absolute minimum, personally given the choice i'd put in one for at least 7mil but can't imagine the don ever doing that
