Debating whether to go to meeting tomorrow - do they go on a bit these meetings

I mean do they drag a bit

 

Hi i'll be going with my son,it depends whats on the agenda at the time,and with Simon Davey(fingers crossed being there)who know's the best person to pm is Owen.

let's hope that it will be a truly positive meeting and not a slanging match, God forbid.</p>

I will be Asking Questions..

1 Why did he say he had been watching Wiliamson from Roverum for 5 weeks when he was in plaster for 4 of the 5.

Why does Mr Davey think he can save the club with his limited experience and with G Shepherd and Martin Wilkinson buying players without his input,

How does Mr Davey think his CV will look when he gets the sack when BFC are relegated [ and will he be clever enough to put a clause in his contract to protect himself]??

What does MR Davey feel as to why he got the job in front off Blackwell, Wynstanley, Blackwell and Lennie Lawrence, was it because of his experience of motivating and molding teenagers??? or is it because he is a YES man..

These are but a few of what i will be asking..

You know what, it might be worth going, Firstly, just to see if you are stupid enough to stand up and ask those questions and Secondly to see the "Egg on your face" if you do.

Because no one with more than half a brain would be stupid enough to ask them.

 

So whats the point of the meeting if no one wants to know whats going on.

Do you seriously think that those are the kind of questions that should be asked?
If you do, would you seriously expect Simon Davey to treat the questions and the questioner with anything other than total disdain?

 

So the idea of the meeting is to praise the club only?

You can register as a member on the night. prices are OAP/Juveniles £4.00 Adults £7.50

 

Simon and Ryan are coming for a 7.00pm start. Anyone can join on the night.
Anyone can ask questions in an orderly manner and mostly what ever they like. Certain things are not allowed, like personal finacial details etc. The guests do though retain their right not to answer. In all the time we have held these meetings nearly all the questions asked of our guests have been answered.

The meetings now usually finish around 10.00pm. Thats not to say Simon and Ryan will be there all night.

 

good answers LDdC and LT - the whole point is to ask difficult questions. imagine if ya met Hitler and asked "what was the inspiration behind invading Poland?" rather than "have you really only got 1 ball?"

 

I expect most of Daveys will be....

1) The five weeks do not have to be consecuative.

 

Serious, sensible questions, YES. Stupid, childish questions NO. Still, you probably are all children, so I shouldn't expect anything different.
Just for the record, I can assure you I am not a Happy Clapper. I don't think that Davey was the right choice any more than you do.
