decent camera

    anyone rec a decent camera not too expensive mind but want one that might have a camcorder built in etc?

    Dunno what you regard as expensive but...

    ... have a look at the Panasonic Lumix range. Might get a deal around the 200 mark. Simply awesome. Yes, I know it's an americanisation, but AWESOME!

    Agreed I have SLR digital and find the Ixus gives the best results and is the easiest to use. It does also shoot in camcorder mode.

    was on hols recently with younger brother-his Lumix was astounding-great picture quality 10 x optical zoom and minimal time between shots-I'm looking to get on myself

    i agree with red rag the lumix range is very high standard,,i happen to have one for sale if you dont want to spend too much money on a belter of a camera,, 1gb memory card,,case,,rechrgeable batterys and charger,,instruction manual and box,,£100.00 ovno
