Can anyone recommend a free firewall for a laptop. I've downloaded Zone Alarm and it seems ok for a while and then seems to block Google Chrome, no messages, just can't connect to a website and have to reboot. I'm putting that down to ZA as it started happening aftetr I installed. Checked all the settings and can't see anything that would correct the issue.
are you behind a router at home? If so that is a firewall in itself. Windows firewall is enuff to be fair for the rest - LAN etc.
