    Just couldn't score.

Bristol, with the wind behind them, had the majority of the ball in the first half, but they never had us in trouble with Souza and Moore looking rock solid. We had by far the best chance when De Silva put Hume clean through, but the 'keeper saved it. Should have scored.

Second half we were on top and again we had by far the best chance when good closing down from Colace allowed De Silva to nick the ball and storm forward. He played it to Macken who was clean through but put it wide. It was almost exactly the same as Hume's chance in the first half and again we should have scored.

We look far more solid with Colace and De Silva in the middle of the park, we just need a goal scorer. Who doesn't?

A victory over Donny on Tuesday night and we'll be on a nice little run. Play like we have in our last two games and I don't see any reason why that won't happen. Oh, hang on, it's away from home isn't it.

Worrying thing for us is we need to win games like that. If we don't win 80/85% of our home games then we are down as away from home id be surprised if we pick up double figures!

What was all the shouting for, as you walked down Grove Street?

I heard a car's horn and then heard your dulcet tones enriching the ether, but I didn't see anything.

There was some pushing in the box

Sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't. If you're referring to the kozluk incident, then I don't know as it was at the far end. Kozzy had already dived and won us a freekick in the first half, so I don't think another dive was out of the question. We really should have won the game without the need for a penalty, but I'm not going to criticise the players as they did well for the most part.

A lad's ball had gone into the street

The young lad chased after it when a car coming out of the car park hit his horn and kept going for the lad. Popped his ball and only just missed the lad. I put forward the opinion that the car should have just ******* well stopped.

faifr enough, cheers. think we will be OK this season with this first 11. However, we look pretty weak in depth in pretty much every position.

The only player not in the starting 11 today who can consider himself unlucky is Bobby Hassell, the rest of the squad is a bag of *****.

I only half agree I with you there

We have good cover for about half the positions
I think the GK and back 4 we are fine to handle a couple missing.

And to be hones it doesnt matter which 2 strikers we play from 4 or 5

Midfield more or less picks itself though

Luke Steele, yes, forgot about him

I'm far from convinced about Leon and Van Homoet though.

You might be right about Atkinson (and maybe a few more of the youth players) but Davey isn't going to play them.
