Additional Comments:

Brunty got us out of jail there. Barnsley shaded it for me, a much better side than us. Hopefully though this will kick start our season. We've lost when we've deserved to win before so I'll take it.

Bougherra was absolutely magnificent in the first half.

They were so much better than us it's not even funny.

As soon as Hecks got himself sent off, which was the right decision, they just stepped up several gears and ran us off the pitch. They played all the football, were first to all the balls, had the majority of the chances and still relied on a couple of amazing saves from Colgan to keep them in it.

Fair play to them, today was there best chance ever to beat us and they outplayed us, out fought us and out thought us. Based on what I saw, they will never, ever beat us.

 

Can someone reply to that last line, with "except at Oakwell."?
