credit to the defence and muller in goal tonight- we came under some real pressure at times and managed to soak it up- all be it only just at times- but in recent seasons we would have buckled under that pressure without doubt
tonight was first game ive been to this season an have to say i was impressed, good all round balance to the side- souza and foster look strong at the back, muller looked a safe pair of hands..was also nice to ee some strength upfront with odejayi. only complaint was felt we needed to be a little more direct when going forward.

mid table no problem this year

had a good run down and back as well

parked on the slip road outside the ground and was back on the M6 for 9:48, and a trouble free trip back :)

My only worry is that I dont think we will score many.

For all our possesion their goalie had only one routine save to make all night.</p>

Do you think thats due to playing two big men up front?

Maybe Ode plus Mossto would work better goalscoring wise? Or does Christiansen offer more of a threat than Stan while also been able to hold the ball up well

Dont know , Ferenczi puts in a lot of work ,

so you have weigh up the loss in work rate against more likely to score.

Wouldn't change it for Saturday anyway, if he's putting the work in like you say then its probably good we're defending from the front.

Actually feel confident going into Saturday, massive change on visiting St Marys last season

He hardly looks like scoring though.

If we get some distance shooting practice in the rest of the week we should be OK.
