Mike Ashley is being investigated by MP’s over working practices at his Bolsover warehouse as the British public decide whether to “ Remain” or “Leave”. Cameron keeps blathering on about the economy and fails to answer the reason why the manifesto on immigration has failed. After investing millions of taxpayers money into the banking systems his main focus is on what “may” happen. Britain has had a national debt since the end of the war and will still be in debt in twenty years time yet Cameron is prepared to sacrifice democracy for the economy.

A common link between the Referendum and Sports Direct is the M.P. for Bolsover Dennis Skinner who has championed the working man for almost fifty years and for anyone who is undecided which way to vote the following extracts are from his recent book “Sailing Close To The Wind”.

“I was part of the No campaign for the 1975 referendum called by Harold Wilson. The Labour Party conference voted against, but he as prime minister, and most of the Cabinet, declared in favour. Margaret Thatcher , the Tory leader, was in favour too. A greater proportion of Conservative MPs were in favour than Labour. The newspapers backed a Yes vote. The Yes camp was financed by industrialists and bankers in favour of the free movement of capital and labour, as you would expect them to be, so we were outspent by their £10 for our every £1. When the question “Do you think the UK should stay in the European Community Common Market? was put, it was no massive surprise when we lost 33 per cent to 67 per cent.”

“My objection in principle to the European project is about its implementation of the free movement of capital and labour, the undiluted capitalism at the heart of the Common Market project, Employers undermine wages and employment conditions, shifting production to lowest cost countries.”
