anyone got one or bought one before looking at the third one in from left http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/p...nspiron-1545?c=uk&cs=ukdhs1&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=mn
I have a Dell Inspironlaptop, not as powerful as that particular one; mineis over a year old now. I got a customised version from the Dell website as I wanted XP and other bits and pieces, but it suits my purposes fine and can recommend them.
not so much gaming just footy manager etc and a few strat games but all in all footy man is the maximum i would prob go
sent you a PM matey with a good link for a laptop they are in Huddersfield too....check out the acer aspire at £499. similar to waht you mentioned on the dell laptop but with a graphic card twice the size
Go and have a look at them in PC World The take-away price is not so bad if you want to take on home asap. I find them to be a bit on the heavy / bulky side.
I've got one An Inspiron thats now 4 years old - been very happy with it Nearly all our work PC's are Dell - good value for money (a few Sony vaio's as well) Fairly safe bet
if you go PC world when they have a big sale the display models/end of line will be going at a stupid price and will do a deal. Got my PC from there 4 years ago 80% off plus an upgraded monitor and two free games
Did you bother to read my post at all? He can go and LOOK at the Dell 15 Series if that's what he's interested in. They have them on display.
why do you think they are a stupid price...hmm its cos they are now otdated and left behind, also the display models have been dicked about by every chav and his inbred offspring that goes in for a lark about.
mine was end of line fully boxed cost me next to nothing was impressed. saying that the old girls getting old now.
sorry it was unclear aye if all he does is look at them in 'RIPOFF world' that great...then go on the net and get it at a proper price
i'm after a decent gaming laptop that won't break the bank... Anyone any idea's? Is the dell one above any good for gaming?
