is brilliant. Hardly put a foot wrong. Davey has signed a cracker there. Reminds me of Paul Futcher. Think he is a reds legend already. Well done the other lads too. You Reds!!!

I think it's a little early to be judging him one way or the other.

Souza's game is not without it's problems. For starters, a good deal of his headers and clearances (particularly first half) just went straight up in the air. It would be wrong to say he "hardly put a foot wrong".

    Didn't Play.......

his best today, but part of a clean sheet and that's all that matters. The less time he's got on the ball, the better he seems to be. He's nowhere near legend status either.

I think he did well today, but to say legend is a term that is used far too often. Not a chance at being a legend - i'm not saying never, but it's far too early to say.

One thing I do like about him though is he's no nonsense, usually. Out of play is better than trying to play your way out of trouble. H eplayed really well today. I don't think much, if owt, got past him today.

Cant wait to see Kayode's goal on the championship tomoz.

Thought he had a sloppy 1st half, but followed up with a dominant 2nd half. No legend, but the makings of a very good CB for BFC.

solid defender but does have a tendancy to head

everything when sometimes it would be better to hoof the ball away, once or twice today in the first half he cleared straight to their forwards

Just needs to learn that sometimes Row ZZ is the best option , on CBs thought Foster was very good 2 or 3 well timed tackles in or around our box and wins more than his fair share of headers for 5' 11.

    I'm still not entirely convinced

He was superb in the second half but in the first half he made a couple of very poor errors. His errors have led to goals in the vast majority of our games this season.

I'm pleased we have signed him but likening him to Futcher and De Zeeuw from certain quarters seem to me to be a bit wide of the mark at this stage. :)

Good call, Foster was steady away.

Quite like the look of him. Bit limited in ability but a decent defender.

No frills, nothing too special, just gets on with the job he is in the team to do, namely defend....steady away.
