So why do I feel that we are going to under perform, demonstrate little in the way of enthusiasm and passion, and have no fight whatsoever in what is becoming a more than predictable lackluster effort against what should be our fiercest rivals ????????????
Yep and I just know there'll be loads of quotes on the website come Friday from players saying how much they are up for it and how they are going to win for the fans etc. We get it every time and then they perform like pillocks and let us down. Just hope they say nothing this time and do the business on the pitch instead. It would make a welcome change. Beating the scum is long overdue.
You know what is going to happen ......... Only a small percentage of them will be up for it, they will become disillusioned with the players not putting the effort in. The whole team will stand around looking at each other, and we'll lose 0-2. The manager has to grab the team by the B*ll*cks and fire them up, all of them for 90 minutes. We have a powder puff manager who says he loses sleep and can't look players in the eye when he HAS to choose his STRONGEST team, so picks his weaker team through sentimental reasons. What kind of respect do you think that gains from his playing staff ? I bet Macken thinks Davey is a joke.
Fear not, we will win Saturday ........... ........... we have been good at home overall, even last night we created plenty of chances but just need them to start going in ........... Oh and they are *****, which helps .......... I predict a very satisfying 3-0 win at least ......... then it's party time
