    If they were to sell him, for me they would get relegated. He is the only player that makes them tick.

    So this is how it is. Derby have one million pounds turned down for Eastwood by Southend. Southend have 100,000 turned down by us for Hayes. Me thinks Derby will up the offer to get him. Then Southend will bid around 300/400,000 for Hayes. But would the fans want Hayes to go even for 300,000 or 400,000 pounds ?

    I would be gutted if we sold him.
