I don't think they were poor, I thought they are a few games off being full tilt. They didn't cause us as many problems in the last 3rd as I thought they would considering the possession.

Was that because of us or them?

The next few games will tell us that, but I think that was a ******* immense result all told.

Ive read people saying on ours and their board that they were poor, they weren't, they just weren't allowed to get to us.

They were clearly off the pace a little today. But make no mistake, we were the better side and deserved our win 100%.

They were exactly how I hoped a few teams would be this season. Undoubtedly talented, definately dangerous, but lacking the team spirit and tactical nous that we seem to have at the moment. We had so much passion and determination, everyone playing for each other. I didn't see Darren Bent chasing down balls, didn't see Tom Ince chasing back to help out, didn't see Will Hughes necessarily busting a gut to win a loose ball. Every team in this league has players who can win games and hurt us, but I doubt many have the guts and will to win that we do.

I wasn't impressed with them but a lot of that was our ability to compete so well and force errors.

For me it was a case of us bossing them from our spine of Roberts, Mawson, Conor, Scowen and Watkins, rather than them being poor. If we'd have let them play they would have, but we didn't.

In the two league games we've bossed three halves out of four.

I was very impressed with us today. best I have seen us play in the championship for a long time.

very little praise forum us on the Derby forum though, we we were poor and they were even worse apparently and we will be in bottom 6 come end of season

It's a shame that they can't concede that we fought our way into the game and then posed danger. I hope everyone in this league treats us like the little brother and then comes unstuck. I was talking to a couple of middle aged Derby gents on the train who described the result today as a joke. I'm hoping more teams fans leave oakwell with that sentiment and that many points.

direby seem to have some in-problems and i see some of their fans arent happy already with boring Pearson.
if any teams want to under estimate us and treat us with the 'likes of barnsley' tag this season, then i hope we can take advantage of that each time.
