This is blatant fraud yet all they are talking about is:</p> "The committee said the MP should be forced to pay back up to £13,161 of the amount paid to his son and recommended he be suspended from the House of Commons for 10 days."</p> Pay the money back and be suspended for 10 days? This is a serious crime. When someone claims unemployment benefit fraudulently, when they get found out do they just have to pay it back or do they not face a jail sentence? This is our money he is using to line the pockets of his kids (alledgedly). Cameron's response? Hehas taken away the whip - whit-whew.</p> Outrageous, if it were one of us we would be rotting in jail. I'm so angry.</p>

same here he's allegedly commited fraud and is punishment is to pay back PART of what he took and be suspended from his job for 10 days. Why isn't he facing criminal procedings like anyone else commiting fraud would? Where is the justice?
