Despite available money, players dont want to come it ia alleged

I wonder if that could also be something to do with our Manager ?? Having had numerous conversations with players over the years, one thing is ususally consistant with experienced players, they all need to respect the gaffer . If they cant repect him then they either dont go to that team or if in a team already that gets a new guy they get out. The ones that do go in irrespective are usually those on their last legs with nowhere else to go.
