And I shall be there on Monday with every faith in a comeback cheering them on with everything I have. It's still been a great season and overall I'm very proud of the lads. I'm just very very disappointed tonight as we all are, but I certainly won't be calling for Ritchie's head and all that ***** that some idiots no doubt will. COME ON YOU REDS ON MONDAY!!(nodding2fingers)
If we get the first goal on Monday then its game on.If Huddersfield get the first i can see it going all to ****.
Indeed Play like we did the other week at the Galpharm and add some better finishing and we can do it.
I reckon your spot on we desperately need an early goal, put the shits up 'em and give us belief. Worth risking an all out attack policy for first ten minutes, GAMBLE! GAMBLE!
that's the crux of our season though better finishing. as much as i like our team, i don't think the strikers we have are good enough. nads and hayes are good, and i think if they were allowed to play together for a full season, they'd become a lot better, but we need a twenty goal a season man.
RE: I agree aye shuker has been missing for a while, think he's off at the end of the season. so will mcphail (that's if we don't go up!), and carbon will retire. someone said earlier about the two year plan, this year to sort the defence, and next to sort the attack and go for it. i think with those departures above, we'll need a decent striker, a ball winning midfielder who'll allow howard more freedom, and a centre half. what do you reckon the odds on us signing david graham are?
Dunno Just heard through a mate off some Hudds fans we've agreed to sign him but can't see that, seeing as we haven't even offered our own players deals yet.
RE: that's what i thought It's probably all ballax mate. One thing you learn over time is to never believe a signing/rumour until you see the bloke at a press conference for your club or in a Barnsley shirt on the pitch!
when we played them in the league games we played better at the Galpharm than we did at Oakwell and were very unlucky not to put our chances away.
