But let him go to one of our closest rivals and so cheaply would surely be a bad move. If Howard is worth £10m then Disco is worth a lot more than 150k. I'd want at least 450k for him.

I suspect Disco knows next year he'll face a battle for his place, still probably in Davey's plans but no promise of starting every week which might just tempt him to move on.

Using your Maths on your two posts - if Howard is worth 10million then Devaney is worth £450thousand but you only think Howard is worth 2million so by that reconning then you only think Devaney is worth £90000!

i think if davey wasnt thinking about bringing in another defender and striker, the 150k would have been given more consideration.

what I think littlemoscowred is trying to point out is that £2million is 20% of £10million- therefore £90,000 is 20% of £450,000- just at cross purposes thats all, no need for the name calling lads!
