    2) The boat will rise with the tide.
    3) Assuming that all Oxford graduates can spell correctly the word will be "incorrectly".
    5) Chair, bed, toothbrush.
    6) They were a couple.

    1 2005 pennies = £20.05 1967 pennies = £19.67 Thats why
    2 Never. The boat floats.
    3 Incorrectly
4 60p I'm buying numbers for some reason. Perhaps I'm mad.
5 I sit on the sofa, I sleep on my bed and I brush my teeth with a toothbrush.
6 All the single people died, the couple in a relationship survived.
7 Half the distance of the width of the woods. After that you're walking out of them.
    8 A 10 bob bit and a 5 pence piece. One isn't a 50 pence but the other is.
9 They're all lads. If they're all lads then half of them must be.
10 4 legs. You can call his trunk space shuttle if you want but it will still be a trunk.

    Alternative answer for number 1

1967 was pre-decimalisation. In 1972 when we went decimal a Shilling coin (previously equal to 12 pennies) became equal to 5p.
So an old penny was worth less than a new penny.

So a 2005 penny is worth more than a 1967 one - plus 1967 ones are now out of circulation so worth nowt!

    Well done

Number 5 and 9 confused me, then again I had been up since just after 6am.

I was looking for 1 thing that connected the three things in question 5.
