That end bit looks a bit mafiaesque

it would certainly put the cat among the pigeons. If it wasnt for the fascist issues he could bring a buzz back to oakwell. But as the guy said - there is always something down the road where it kicks off and he does something. Then we would be searching for a new manager again. He certainly sounds the man to sort the men from the boys though and remove the defeatist players from the dressing room.

There is no denying that he would shake things up but how long before the first eruption and how long before his working relationship with Pat became untenable and we're looking for a new manager again.

Can you imagine a Radio Sheffield numpty trying to quiz him on Praise or Grumble inbetween Brian the Blade and Jason the Owl?
This man lives in a different world..... or some parallel universe, I can't work out which.
He would ruffle a lot of feathers at Sleepy Hollow (Oakwell) and I am not able to assess if it would be for the good. Yes we need a kick up the arse right now to get us out of our torpor, cos as someone has said, going to Oakwell is boring, but would we become even more of a laughing stock.
Some of the old diehards wouldn't like it but we do need to get out of this rut.

He'd certainly liven things up which is exactly what we need. I don't think we'll go down, whoever the manager is. I think it's worth the risk.
