    take Barnsley for example....if ure in the clique, top jobs in council / mp can easily follow....brains not essential just contacts.

    She is intelligent enough at least to try and argue against how wrong she always seems to be.

    And she is. Wrong. So many times.

    Career politician. In the limelight now due to a no doubt chucklefest of an affair with Jez, with a Hotpoint machine full of ideals that when strung out on the line expose nowt that you can actually wear if you want to look appealing.

    And with the dirty laundry still in the washhouse.

    Wether you think she is intelligent or not, she made Dan Jarvis look a right wally on C4 News earlier, the idea that people were actually touting Jarvis as a future Leader is laughable, totally out of his depth

    Parliaments full of career politicians who Persue their own interests rather than what's best for the country. Diane Abbott was in the 'limelight' long before Corbyn came onto the scene. Of course she's wrong on many things, all politicians are.
    Unlike many MPs,She and her fellow Labour MPs will be having a free vote tonight. Those reportedly 15-20 dissenting Tories are in for a rough ride tonight? The Tory chief whip will be akin to torture man tonight.
    I am not a Diane Abbott fan or fan of any other living politician, although I have a lot of time for Dennis Skinner.

    Yes, I do live in the real world, unlike many govt.ministers. I also note how certain posters on here post on political related threads.

    I post on a lot of threads political and not, btw my all time favourite politician was John Smith, how does that stand with your theory.
