Did anybody hear the Butcher on Radio Sheff yesterday

Been in trouble with the law regarding his weighing scales. Must be metric enabled. With Toby Foster. He told em to go and take a running jump. He said on the Radio (to 2 million listeners) that the Police tried to fix him up with a litter fine.

He also mentioned a 'concrete' way of avoiding speeding, fixed penalty parking and traffic offences. Apparantly there is a law that states no person can be deemed guilty unless it is proven in a court of law. If this law is quoted on the 'ticket' or 'notification' when returned then the charges will be dropped. alledgedly. Not a secret now 2 million people know about it

That was a loophole a while ago but I think it may have been sorted out now, not something to rely on apparently
