That for the first time that I can remember Nardy was not cheered when he came on last night - and then went on to play the best he has for ages (my opinion). Perhaps that's the answer - make him feel unwanted!
I noticed That as well as the bloke who reads out the teams when they are on the pitch...missed out richards untill the end...he said " 18 chris shuker (whey) 25 Martin Devaney (whey) and 21 Marc Richads (whey)"
Make him feel unwanted I thought the management had got that down pat. Surely only giving him half a dozen starts a season should get the message accross?
