I understand why we sacked him but he's such a loveable guy. He worked wonders last season but yes I know, If I did **** in my job, I'd be sacked so why shouldn't a football manager? Danny Wilson would be a good appointment. In my opinion we're down (don't want to think negative but this season is that year), and think Wilson is the best boss to challenge and try and bring us back up. YOU REDSSSSSS
I didnt and I know a few others that dont think he is loveable either. I didnt want him sacked, I wanted him to succeed because that would mean the club were doing well, but I cant say I will miss the fool.
No. Not Really. I was not happy yesterday, I really wanted him to succeed not get the sack. But he didn't succeed so he got the sack. He seems a nice bloke for sure, but he's made a lot of mistakes and there's no real sentiment. besides, we haven't kicked him out on the street to sleep rough - his pay off for getting it all wrong this season will be more than I earn in the next 2 years I imagine. The key reason why I was not happy is because we lost badly again and now look certain to be relegated. My over-riding feeling at the moment is a slight buzz of interest and excitment - until they **** it up and choose the wrong man. But admit it, it's a bit interesting this new manager lark every so often.
I felt more gutted at quart to four yesterday and about the fact we've given a bloke chance and he's sent us down.
Yup He has been my favourite manager since I've been supporting them, pipping Ritchie from a Character point of view. I loved Keith too, if Wilson gets job I will just shrug knowing that I will never hear words like.........endeavour.......development...... recruitment.........catch 22.......vying..........this group..........hurting.........to a man........spirit........key.........objectives........footballs in my blood Right I'm off to cry
