Did injuries force us to drop Cotterill, Dawson, Gray and Tonge yesterday?

I'm assured that our inept performance and baffling team selections yesterday were entirely due to injuries and there was absolutely nothing the manager could do about it so I ask were all of these players injured forcing them out of the starting 11?

Was there an injury forcing our best striker to play on the wing?

Was there an injury forcing us to play an inexperienced young lad alongside an absolute pile of w@nk up front?

Was there an injury preventing us from playing any form of an attacking midfielder?

Well i'm glad that he thought the ale in the players lounge after the game was alright because his performance on the pitch was *****.

I take it that the answer to all the above questions was no then? Thought as much.
