Did Ritchie say that a few of the fringe players will be playing against MK Dons?

Healey looks like he needs some games to get up to pace as he looked a bit off it for the 1st 5 or 6 mins after he came on.

 

yeh,said wright, williams,mannone, mcpharland would play but i expect team to look something like the team that played at blackpool, but i would rest hassel and kay then play atkinson n austin at centre half is austin if fit,

I Want To Win

Don't like how Ritchie devalues a cup competition with a weaker side. A good draw would generate cash for players. We aren't one of the top premiership sides that can afford to play reserves. I am not saying play the full first team. However playing 5 or 6 of them would be good. Get MK Franchise out of the way in the first half with a 2 or 3 goal cushion then bring on some other players.

 

We barely have a 1st team let alone a squad,

Healey needs a game , and a few others need a break.</p>

I wouldnt be bothered if none of the starting 11 yesterday played on Tuesday.</p>

 

What worries me

Come January when we might have 5/6 players out with injuries and suspensions. But its difficult to see how the current first team could be improved,so why sign players who wouldnt get into the first team when everyones fully fit? Difficult decisions lay ahead for Andy Ritchie.I do feel we need 4 players having said that.

 

Damn I am agreeing with you again!

I do think we could improve at full back , but the rest of the team it would take a major investment to buy players that would be considerably better than the ones we have playing at the moment.

God what an hard life it is for these poor football players. They do have a tough life.

 

Well they ran out of steam yesterday,

therefore saving them til Friday would seem to make sense to me.

doesnt matter if they av allen as manager there not a good team, there nt as good as blackpool and after blackpool game richie said that the team he started with against blackpool he thinks would be good enough to do well in league 1 so for that reason i think he will play a similar team agains a poor mk dons side. i dont want any of our first teamers to be risked and pick up any injuries for preston or get any stupid bookings.
yes i want to win but league matters to me the most and we only have a 11 or 12 players good enough to play at championship level so we havent go strength in depth so i wouldnt risk any first teamers.
