DiD Simon Davey Actually Sign Contract?

    I said that a while ago

    I don't remember a formal announcement. They gave him the job over the New Year when no-one was watching, saying that a contract would be discussed the week after (bizzare in the extreme), but I really can't remember a statement after that.

    I remember them announcing AFTER the wednesday game that they'd decided to give him the job BEFORE the wednesday game because his application, although he didnt apply, was the second to none and that they'd be discussing a contract later yet never heard anything after that.</p>

    A very bizarre way to do business.</p>

    I was in Australia and my brother text me saying we had lost 3-0 to washday and we had appointed simon davey as manger. not what you want to hear after reading the first part of the txt :(
