    That is what the club did; radio dee dar didn't a thing as far as I recall. Its not surprising though, they dont need much of an excuse to indulge the Sheffield giants.

    It's Radio Sheffield, what do you expect? They're never going to give the same service to Chesterfield, Barnsley, Rotherham & Donny as their home city. Does Radio Leeds do anything for Bradford City, Huddersfield or Wakefield Wildcats?
    We need a Radio Barnsley to get the same level of service but it's never going to happen.

    That is only a title to identify its region so all the clubs covered by them should be treated equally - I pay as much in my license fee as somebody who supports Sheffield Utd. The news, travel, current affairs, etc all seem to be pretty equal in terms of the Sheffield sub areas but for some reason the sport has a very heavy Sheffield bias.
