When people were paying 60 pound plus for wembley tickets? That's before the booking fees were added...... It's only a handful of games at most that are going to be top price and cheaper if booked in advance. The club has tried reducing prices and doing deals which have fallen flat and barely added to attendances so now we are exploiting the bigger away followings to produce more revenue to hopefully help with maintaining championship status.

We get ripped off away from home time after time so we're giving clubs a taste of their own medicine. Most games will be £28 or under which in this division will be amongst the lowest in the division.

Season ticket holders have been given an absolute bargain (again) to watch championship football. Why would we expect to pay the same to watch football a division higher? People were paying £25 to watch us against poor teams last season but begrudge a few quid more against better opposition?

If we want to compete at this level we need to bring in more money it's as simple as that.

    1) I paid absolutely nothing like £60 for my wembley tickets.

    2) The deals the club have done have been poorly thought out and even more poorly advertised.

    3) As well as getting ripped off away from home we can also get ripped off at home, oh goody! Revenge pricing at it's best.

    4) £38 - £25 = more than a 'few quid'.

So as revenge for our fans getting ripped off any form home we will now rip them off in home games as well. Crazzzzzzzy logic.

Yes. There were plenty of threads moaning about Wembley ticket prices.

    What is your point?

i don't agree they have been poorly thought out I think if you look at the first block of games to be released the highest is £30 for villa at home who will bring a decent away following so we can capitalize on that. If we had thousands paying on the day for match tickets I could understand people moaning but we don't so the club have to get the gate receipts in somehow.

Most of our home fans are season ticket holders so we have made a decision to charge a bit more to make some more money with the bigger away followings and I can't see a massive problem with it.

Remind me again who we're giving a taste of their own medicine. I thought directors and owners got in free

The point is we don't have a great deal of fans buying tickets as most home fans are season ticket holders so where do we get extra revenue from?

That was one of a few points......

And I never mentioned getting our own back I said give them a taste of their own medicine! We charge lower prices than most clubs in the division giving away fans a cheap day out (compared to what we pay to visit them) then get fleeced in the return fixture. We then moan about having no money and not being able to compete so we've leveled the prices up to try and bring in extra money for a few games a season.

Most games will be around last seasons prices so I don't get the big issue......

Who are we giving a taste of their own medicine to? When answering try to remember that directors get in free

I'm sure SuperTyke alone raised 657 separate threads on Wembley tickets...
