    I think in the natural world red is danger. Steer clear mate, probably poisonous or something......

    It is rather bizarre!

    I'm going to the gym 5 days a week and just following a low fat diet - got weighed last week I'd lost about 1lb in the previous 2 weeks


    This last week...pub lunch last Friday of a "home made" steak pie and chips, had fish and chips on Tuesday...got weighed yesterday and I'd lost 3lb in a week!
