Didnt go toneet........but lets just remind ourselfs about Digby

    ..............the season before last I said this young guy was the best young player I had seen at the WELL since David Hirst

    ..............then along comes John Stones

    ..............but what I saw of Digby a couple of seasons back has not really changed my opinion of this guy

    He is a beast of a player..........tall, strong and with a fantastic motor, and if he can start to time his runs into the oppositions penalty area then he is going to cause opposing defenders all sorts of problems.........a sort of a Bryan Robson type........except that Digby has the advantage of being a giant

    When I have spoken to people that have watched him from being a young kid they all say that his football ability developed faster than any other young player at the club............a fantastic fantastic prospect !!!

    The pace at which the game is played has little to do with the ability to spray 'Beckhamesque' crossfield passes around with pinpoint accuracy though.
