We keep hearing this excuse that it will take time to get the team to 'gel'
Well Norwich were crap and going down until Roedar came. He got them playing good football and whats more important, winning.
Just shows what a good manager can do. I am not aware he has bought anybody, could be wrong.
For goodness sake SD look at the way we play and not at the 'players' we use or need. (doh) (doh)

Same Could Be Said For Crystal Palace

Colin is showing his worth with that team.

are you living in a time warp?

seem to think it was paul hart who made that excuse, not simon Davey

Correct, and again I am not aware he's spent a fortune on new players. Just improved the standard of play.

Did you leave at half time then

Because they ran us ragged, second half and I do not understand your observations of 'rubbish' First half I will agree they looked poor but played the football when it mattered.

I suspect Norwich had more than few "under achievers"

If you listen to half of the comments on here, Davey is working with a group of players who are not "championship class". He isn't really in the same situation as Roeder...

    Puzzled

Are you saying we were better than Norwich?

Second half they made us look like school kids so surely Barnsley are the worst team you have seen this season.

10 games unbeaten and soaring up the table- they arent that bad. Second half I thought they looked a good side.

I wouldn't mind having the bench that Norwich had on Saturday. Huckerby & Cureton who can come on and change games.

Those two should be in their starting XI

True but they changed the game with the original 11

I'd have both those 2 in our starting 11 mind not warming the bench

Has people around me shouting at Huckerby that he was *****. They surely can't be serious........Would be one of the first names on our team sheet, that's for sure.

Good bit of banter with him in first half (Huckerby)...I was sat in the west stand side of the Ponty right near the front...</p>

Someone shouts out about Norwich being a ***** team... he replies quick as a flash 'yeah and I can't even get in this ***** team'</p>

    Had to chuckle</p>

Quality :D :D :D Ryan Shawcross could learn a thing or two about how to interact with the opposition fans from him.

Lot of people round me were saying fair play to him, tookit well!</p>

He (along with all the Norwich subs) were signing autographs for a young 'un at the front of the ponty, seemed odd to ask for them, but fair play to them for obliging and not ignoring him</p>
