Last I heard Dave Allen wouldn't accept the deal and the Coop offer was dependent on all parties agreeing and it looked like the deal was dead.
Has been for years, It has only ben dave Allen and the interest getting paid that has kept them afloat.
That's true A ten points deduction would leave them outside the relegation places on goal difference only.
RE: dave allen hear he is pumping 4 million pounds into chesterfield fc so has he been paid up by wednesday (dunno) (dunno)
RE: dave allen No - apparently he was offered 70% of the money he was owed and turned it down. As he owns over 10% of SWFC, having an interest in Chesterfield would be against the rules so he's passed on some of his shares to Ashley Carson, who was a director at SWFC until he got booted out recently. Carson isn't saying whether he paid for the shares or if they were "gifted".
I suppose I'd want my money back I'm not sure how much he'd get back if the Co-Op decided to cut their losses and we went into administration though.
It probably depends if all the big clubs are going to form this european super league any such league obviously could'nt happen without them so they will be waiting to see how much they need.
Starting next season with a ten point deduction? that could be really interesting if you did go into administration, i'm waiting for JR to pull the plug on the Pikey's when he realises he still losing millions on them even with the new TV money and the two plastic Keepmoat boys follow suit too.
