Didn't we drop into the relegation zone this time last season

after we'd been hovering above the relegation places for a while but steadily drifting lower.</p>

I seem to remember that it had the almost immediate effect of jolting the players into the realisation that if they didn't pull their finger out in the next few games they'd be getting relegated in a few weeks. After that we put a decent run together, and the end of the season was quite comfortable in the end. </p>

Leicester on the other hand had been happily bobbing along outside the relegation spots in March and only dropped into a relegation places a couple of games from the end, and never got out again.</p>

Have I remembered that right?</p>

Perversely, while I'd rather we were mid-table, I'm happier that we're getting a relegation scare now than I would be if we dropped into those places in a few weeks. </p>

 

I don't think we were in the bottom 3 at all last season, after the second game of the season.

 

We dropped into bottom 3 after the Semi Final

but then won at Watford to scramble back out.

 

Yes you were right

I was getting confused with the season before and Luton making a late break for relegation after looking safe most of the season. My memory is getting shocking with age</p>
